Checking the parts

Front Shock Assembly

Here's the front shock when they arrived...the pipes bottom fork seems OK ..but the chrome pipes rusted badly ... must be because of being stored for long periods or simply worn out due to age....we're going to dismantle them and replace with new parts.

Up closed of the rusty front shock pipes....we began to dismantle them.

Front Shock in pieces...internal parts seems OK and they can be put back on... while the shock pipes need to be replace.

Engine dismantled and check up

This S90 Project came without an engine so we had to find one...we manage to search down and delivered to our shop. Looks rough on the outside but its cheap so we can't resist to bought it :)

Engine looks complete...nothing missing or crack

You may notice bikes on the background...on the waiting list for another restoration project...a blue 1968 Honda CL90 (trail version of S90) on the first photo and a red 1966 Honda S90 on the second photo...

The engine began to be tear down...

Engine top end removed ....burned oil and scratches on the piston ...engine oil almost dried up....the engine seems has not been running for quite sometimes....

Cylinder head combustion dome close up view....combustion carbon piled up....internal parts..valves, rocker arms, etc... would be replace with new available parts

Bottom end teared down....all bearings would be replaced....con rod...etc
